Leverage Logic

Win any negotiation with the right strategy

Map both sides' leverage in any negotiation — salary, lease, vendor, dispute — then get scripts, a concession ladder, war-gamed counters, and ready-to-send emails.

Overview

LeverageLogic is a negotiation strategist. Describe the negotiation — a raise, a lease renewal, a vendor contract, a dispute — and it reads the power balance, maps your leverage points and theirs, and builds a full game plan: what to ask for, scripts for the conversation, a concession ladder, your BATNA, and traps to avoid. Then use the companion modes to counter what they just said, check your prep, war-game their likely responses, draft the email, and debrief afterward.

How to use it

  1. Describe the negotiation, what you want, and pick the type (salary, lease, vendor, purchase…)
  2. Review your game plan: leverage map, power balance, scripts, concession ladder, BATNA
  3. Paste what they said into Counter mode for a read and a response
  4. War-game their likely pushback in the Simulator before the real conversation
  5. Draft the ask as an email, and run a Debrief afterward to grade the outcome

Example

Scenario: You're asking for a raise after two years without one, and you have a competing offer.

What you do: Enter the situation and goal, review the leverage map and scripts, then war-game your manager's likely responses.

Result: A game plan that leads with the competing offer as leverage, scripts for the opening and pushback, a concession ladder (title bump if not salary), and a clear walk-away point.
