  3. Set duration, participant count, meeting type, and decision-making framework (Consensus, Majority Vote, Disagree & Commit, or Leader Decides)
  4. Check any known challenges (dominators, off-topic, talking over, schedule issues, quiet voices)

Example

Scenario: You're leading a 60-minute virtual Zoom meeting to decide on Q1 marketing strategy with 6 people. You know one person tends to dominate and quiet team members struggle to speak up.

What you do: Select 'Decision-making Meeting' template, set to Virtual/Zoom, choose 'Majority Vote' framework, check 'One person dominates' and 'Quiet people don't speak up' challenges, then generate.

Result: You receive a time-boxed agenda with round-robin speaking order, Zoom-specific protocols (mute/chat/raise hand), facilitator scripts for managing dominance ('Thanks [Name], let's hear from others'), a voting process, action items tracker, and a pre-written follow-up email—everything you need to run an inclusive, productive meeting.
